Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, crystalline and brilliant. Nose: The bouquet reveals an expressive floral palette dominated by fresh white flowers, gardenias and basil blossom, accompanied by ripe fruit and a citric touch of candied orange jam, enhanced by notes of cinnamon and burnt sugar. Palate: The attack is of medium intensity, with fruity and herbaceous flavours marked by hints of aniseed. The texture is full-bodied, although there is a slight astringency on the mid-palate. The finish opens with smoky aromas that gradually evolve into notes of cocoa, coffee and citrus, accompanied by a remarkable persistence of floral and sweet flavours. Overall impression: A complex, well-integrated spirit that expresses its identity with balance, despite an alcoholic strength that is sometimes a little pronounced.
