Tasting notes

Appearance: Colourless, crystalline and brilliant. Nose: The bouquet reveals a complex aromatic palette combining floral notes of jasmine and lavender with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, accompanied by hints of fresh grass and candied orange peel. Palate: The attack is subtle, before developing a pronounced intensity that reveals flavours of brown sugar, roasting and cardamom. The delicate texture develops fresh, herbaceous notes, punctuated by very pleasant mineral and bitter nuances. The long, lingering finish maintains a fine balance with echoes of aniseed and citrus. Overall impression: An elegant, complex spirit that combines aromatic finesse and richness of flavour in a harmonious, well-integrated whole.
