Appearance: Clear, brilliant and crystalline. Nose: The aromatic expression reveals a medium intensity dominated by pronounced smoky notes, accompanied by herbaceous aromas, damp earth and mineral nuances reminiscent of petrichor. Palate: The pervasive smokiness structures the whole and partially masks the vegetal and floral notes, which struggle to express themselves. The texture is a great success despite the slightly burning alcohol, which nevertheless adds structure. The long, clean finish retains the original aromas, with a hint of sweetness that balances out the minerality. Overall impression: An uncomplicated, easy-drinking spirit in which intense smoke dominates a complex but sometimes inconsistent expression.
