Appearance: Colourless, brilliant, transparent. Nose: The aromatic profile reveals dominant notes of pine and fresh herbs, enriched by hints of lemongrass, straw and a subtle smoky background. Palate: The attack reveals aromas of pine and resin, gradually softened by spicy notes and a hint of dried fruit. The body is light with herbaceous and mineral flavours, punctuated by a discreet earthy touch and a hint of spun sugar. The finish is short-lived, despite the aromatic expression of the nose. Overall impression: A spirit with a clean, pure character, offering a balanced herbaceous and mineral profile, although the light body does not fully support the aromatic intensity.
