Tasting notes

Appearance: Crystal-clear. Nose: The aromatic palette reveals a beautiful complexity combining fruity and floral notes, herbaceous and spicy aromas, with hints of smoke, caramel and burnt sugar. Palate: The attack has a pleasant texture and a sensation of sweetness, enriched by cinnamon, caramel and notes of pumpkin. The overall balance suffers, however, from an excess of sugar which partially masks the aromatic complexity, despite the flavours being well rounded by the smoky character. The finish is long and cleansing, marked by a slight bitterness and mineral touches. Overall impression: A beautifully crafted spirit offering remarkable aromatic complexity, although the sugar-bitter balance could do with some fine-tuning.
