Nose: The aromatic palette is complex and powerful, oscillating between fruity notes of green apple and pear, creamy lactic nuances and woody accents of pine and resin. Palate: The attack is full-bodied with a good presence on the palate, initially revealing a fruity sweetness reminiscent of mango and cooked apple, before giving way to more assertive vegetal notes. The balance between alcohol and body remains satisfactory despite a sometimes disparate structure. The finish is long and drawn out, warm at first, then remarkably pleasant, developing dark cocoa flavours and a fine minerality.
